Show Us Your Moves!
I need your help in the movement to cure arthritis!

Hello family & friends! For the first time, I am taking on the challenge to make a difference by walking 3 miles in the Arthritis Walk on May 2nd in Charlottesville as a part of Let's Move Together, the Arthritis Foundation's nationwide movement that encourages people to move to prevent or treat arthritis.

I was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis (just one of the many forms of arthritis) 8 years ago. Today, one in five people (like me) suffer from the pain and limitations of arthritis, and it is the leading cause of disability in the US. Many with arthritis are not as fortunate as I am, and cannot participate in this walk. I walk not only for myself and the others like me who can be very active, but also for those who cannot. You can help people who suffer from this painful and debilitating disease by helping me reach (or exceed??) my fundraising goal. Let's Move Together to improve lives and reduce the pain of arthritis.
Anything at all that you can give is greatly appreciated - by me and the millions of others who suffer!
If you live in the Charlottesville area and cannot give, please consider joining me on Saturday to walk!
Thank you in advance for your support and generosity!
